A seasoned veteran in the medical marijuana industry. He began his extensive experience with medical marijuana testing laboratories in both Washington and Oregon. Then moved into the production and processing sector. More specifically, in the development of new safe extraction methods, which have become industry standards today.
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Mr. James C. DiPrima, also known as Jim, has 40 years of financial accounting experience in both the public and private sectors. He held various positions with start-up companies. He has approximately 22 years working in various positions with public traded companies. He served as Chief Financial Officer for Coastal Technologies, Inc. He served as Chief Executive Officer of MBD Midwest. He served as the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Executive Officer of Netcoast Communications, Inc. He served as a Director of Cyclone Power Technologies, Inc. Mr. DiPrima has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Creighton University, Omaha, Nebraska.

GARY C. BERNARD, M.D.
Chief Medical Officer
Dr. Bernard is currently President and CEO of Pointe Medical Services, Inc., Pointe Med Pharmacy, Live Well MD, and Live Well Drugstore in Orange Park, Florida. A Private Physician Medical Practice focused on the delivery of specialized healthcare utilizing preventative and proactive medical philosophies centered on hormonal balancing to promote a better quality of life. In 2005 & 2006, Dr. Bernard was named Jacksonville, Florida’s “Top Docs” of the year in Jacksonville Magazine.
2005: 200 CME’s related to Anti-Aging, completion of written and oral examinations required for Board Certification in Anti-Aging.

Director of Brand Development
Doug Bowes is an entrepreneur with nearly 35 years of extensive experience in the setup, financial management and operations of a wide range of business categories.
His business interests have included manufacturing, advertising/marketing, software development, mortgage brokerage, property & casualty insurance, hospitality and medical clinic management.
He is currently a managing member of a vitamin and nutraceutical company and the principal owner of a state of the art sterile and non-sterile compounding pharmacy.
Director of Pharmacology
Richard received his Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy in 1989. He currently owns and operates a consulting business which provides regulatory and compliance strategies outlining the proper handling of pharmaceuticals to professionals in various medical fields.
Richard also advocates for the University of Florida as a Clinical Lecturer with Pharmacotherapy and Translational Research where he mentors students looking for a future in Pharmacy.
In addition to his 30 years of experience in community, consulting, compounding and hospital pharmacy, he became certified as a Pharmacy Regulatory Specialist in 2015, and holds several certifications relating to Specialty Pharmaceutical Compounding Techniques.
